fun insanity

yesterday/today was insane. after going to all of my classes yesterday and getting out of school at 9:00pm i went on a date with Rory. We went to Denny's for dinner and Jake and Alycia met us there. After the date Rory and I both had a lot of studying to do so we decided to study together. I have a test today that i need to study for a lot and he had a lot of math to do. We ended up studying until 4:20 this morning. By that time i had decided that sleep was not worth it since i had to wake up at 5:15 anyway for work. so i went home and showered and got ready for the day. i actually got to eat breakfast at home today instead of on the way to work. I am exhausted today but i would say it was worth it. we had a lot of fun and i feel prepared for my test now. well i guess thats all for now. peace!

my good night

so tonight i went to FHE and then i went to dana's. then we came back to my house to study, but we got distracted. Then Rory called and told us to come with him to get his backpack from his work and to walmart. we hung out for a while and then decided to actually go to bed at a decent hour. Then i got asked on a date for tomorrow night. im pretty excited. i will post how my date when probably on wednesday. it's bed time now.

simplifying my life

Last night I went to the fireside. The institute choir sang at it. That was fun. The speaker spoke about how we need to simplify our lives in every way that we can. whether it is just with possessions or with thoughts or whatever. It makes me wonder what i could live without. I think i live pretty simply, but then I think about what few things i need to live up at camp. Sometimes i wish i could live at college with as few things as i do at camp. So this may be my new project, along with all of my other projects i have going on. I will start going through my things and getting rid of things i don't use or need. anyway, those are just my thoughts right now.

my first post

well i decided to set up a blog so that i could share my adventures with others more easily. plus i love looking at others blogs, so i thought i might make one of my own for all of you to enjoy.
This week has been an interesting one. We didn't have school on Monday because it was Martin Luther King Jr. Day. I got stuck up in Orem because of the snow so i had to come back to Cedar City on Tuesday. I missed work on Tuesday and most of my classes. I missed a test, which my teacher was nice enough to let me take on Thursday. The rest of this week has been spent catching up on studying and trying to get back into the routine of school. Wednesday felt like monday to me all day, Thursday felt like Tuesday and then all of the sudden it was Friday! It felt like half of my week is missing.
Last night i watched the movie Rent for the first time. I liked it, even if i did fall asleep towards the end. I didn't fall asleep because it was boring, but because it was 1:30 in the morning. I will have to watch the ending again sometime when its not so late at night. well that has been my week. peace.
