The latest in the War

Here is an update on our prank war. I haven't even had time to get Jake back yet for the toilet papering and all the stuff he did last time. But last night i was hit again. last night i came home to find all of our spoons in my bed. he had them under the fitted sheet just like he did with the coins but i took a picture of them on top so that you could see it a little better. Don't worry i have a plan that im putting into action tomorrow. i will post some pictures of how that turns out tomorrow. :) if you have any good prank ideas let me know.

Is it April Fools day already?

I came home last night to discover our kitchen and living room covered in toilet paper. Then as i went into my room i noticed that my lamp was missing and that there was a trail of peanuts leading from my door to my bed. In my bed were peanuts. So when i got those out of my bed i layed down to go to sleep. The prankster had placed coins in between my mattress and my fitted sheet. I was too tired to rip apart my bed so i just slept on the coins last night. It was not my most comfortable nights sleep. This morning as i was getting ready for work i went to put on my shoes and discovered that all of my shoes are missing. except the ones i was wearing last night and a pair that i had in a different place in my room. My roommates woke up to a surprise this morning because they both went to bed pretty early last night. I think it was my friend Jake because he disappeared for a while and then came back acting like nothing was wrong. Don't worry. This is war and we will get this prankster back!

A Scouter's Wedding

"Woody" Woodward, a 96 year old man who has been a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America for 85 years now, got married yesterday. Woody comes up to camp at least once every summer to visit and to make sure that the camp is still running smoothly. He is one of the favorite visitors of the summer. We were all sad last summer when he was too sick to come up and visit. He has inspired many scouters of all ages, with his stories and experiences. So Congratulations Woody! This is a picture taken from the Daily Harold of Woody and his Wife Doreen coming out of the Provo Temple.

what terrible timing

Just my luck. The day before my math test i get sick. and of course this is the section that i haven't understood a thing that we have done. I didn't feel like studying at all yesterday because i felt so sick and i just couldn't stay awake. I slept for most of the day and just layed in bed a lot. So I took my test today and i did better than i thought i would. ( i hope) There were still some things that i had no idea what to do with them, but i feel ok. This will definately not be my best math tests ever. I have a theory test tomorrow that i need to study for a little bit today but that shouldn't be too bad. I just need the weekend to come now so that i can relax!

president's day weekend

I got to come home for presidents day weekend. It was such a blast. Saturday night was the Maple Dell staff reunion up at maple dell. I was going to take pictures but i left the camera in the car. oops! but here is what camp kinda of looks like right now.
Isn't it beautiful? So we just socialized and played games. We all got interviewed for this next summer. I was the last one interviewed and by that time it was midnight.
Then on Sunday we had our family dinner. It was really nice to see all of my nieces and nephews last night. once again i forgot to get pictures. Jessi was being so cute. she would walk around doing the peace sign saying "peace". Today I have been able to sleep in and spend time with Melissa. I am just waiting for my ride to come pick me up now so that i can head back to Cedar. I hope everyone had a good 3 day weekend!

My weekend

This last weekend,(i know it's a little late) I got to go to St. George with my sister Madeline and her kids Anna and Ben. Madeline had to go down for a music convention so i went down to babysit the kids. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriot. On Friday I took the kids swimming at the hotel. There was another family swimming at the same time and they asked me where i was from. I told them that i live in Cedar City and then the rest of the time their little boy who was probably about 3 kept saying "she is from Cedar City!" It was really funny. Later that afternoon I took the kids to the temple Visitor's Center, where they each got their own picture of Jesus. Then we went hiking around the rocks on the edge of town. We went through the crack. The kids loved it! Then on Saturday I took them to Fiesta Fun. We played Miniture Golf and the kids played on the soft play. We all had a lot of fun but by the end of the weekend we were all exhausted and i was happy to come back to the peace and quiet of my apartment.
